Made in the same brilliant merino wool we use in our bestselling Exacting Green New Oxford. Offered in packs of two, The Coaster features a design that pays homage to our signature shirting, embroidered in an amber thread reminiscent of the resiny glowof a classic Old Fashioned. As part of the creation of The Coaster, we made a donation to Custom Collaborative, which trains, mentors, and advocates for and with no/low-income and immigrant women to build the skills necessary to achieve economic success in the sustainable fashion industry and broader society.

The Classic Old Fashioned
Simple, intentional, and delicious, there's no better companion for your coaster than the iconic Old Fashioned. To make our favorite, you'll need:
2 ounces of rye or bourbon
1 teaspoon water, ideally sweet, filtered NYC tap
1 sugar cube
3 dashes Angostura bitters
2-3 big ice cubes
A twist of orange peel and/or maraschino cherry to garnish
Add the sugar cube, bitters, and water to a rocks glass and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Then add the whiskey and ice. Stir until chilled. Add your garnish. Enjoy (responsibly)
